- 1/2 cup Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener

1 cup Purely Elizabeth granola

3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill brown rice flour

1/2 cup Now Foods raw pecans, chopped

- 6 Apples, peeled, cored & chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

3.5 tbsp Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener

1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill tapioca flour

1/4 tsp Nice Spice pie spice

2 tbsp Lakewood lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine sweetener, granola, brown rice flour, pecans & salt in a stand up mixer until thoroughly mixed. Set aside.
2. Toss together apples, berries, sweetener, tapioca flour & pie spice in a large mixing bowl then stir in lemon juice.
3. Fill a sprayed baking pan with apple mixture and top evenly with crumble mixture.
