- 12 oz CADIA tuna
- ½ c finely chopped fennel bulb
- ½ c mayonnaise
- ¼ c finely chopped celery
- 2 T capers
- 2 T finely chopped parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp CADIA mustard
- 1 tsp GINGER PEOPLE juice
- Ground pepper & REDMAN real salt to taste
1. Drain Tuna.
2. Mix with all other ingredients in a salad bowl.
3. Serve with Kettle honey dijon potato chips or lettuce.
