Ingredients: Organic Rice, Organic Quinoa, Organic Amaranth.

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pot, add 4 quarts (16 cups) of water and 1 teaspoon of salt, if desired. Bring water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 7 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm. For a more al dente texture do not overcook. For a softer pasta cook a bit longer.
Remove from heat. Pasta can be rinsed in cold water to prevent overcooking. Drain and serve as desired.

Penne and Nut-Free Vegan Pesto Sauce and Cauliflower

A recipe the whole family can enjoy! This tasty dish is vegan and is free of gluten, corn, and dairy.

Ingredients: (serves 4)

1 cup Ellyndale® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
3 cups spinach, chopped
2 cups basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place cauliflower on sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes or until heads are golden brown.
In a food processor combine spinach, basil, roasted cauliflower, garlic, salt, and black pepper until coarsely ground.
Slowly drizzle in organic extra virgin olive oil until fully incorporated.
Toss with 1 box of cooked penne and enjoy!

GF Pasta that tastes good

We really enjoyed this penne pasta - forgot to take a photo of the finished dish - but it was great ! We made a ricotta cheese pasta bake - having a celiac in the house it’s wonderful to find Gluten free foods that the whole family can enjoy . In our experience some GF foods don’t taste very great . We love this company for their science behind their products - and also appreciate no GMOs and sustainable packaging . This pasta held together great - if you have experience with GF ,pasta sometimes they just fall apart . this stays nice and firm when al dente and tastes great . I recommend this pasta and Im so happy my local market has it now .

Better Than Expected

I wasn't sure what to expect with this pasta. I mean when you're used to eating 'regular' pasta, you're used to a certain texture, flavor, body, etc. This was the first time I'd tried a pasta that wasn't made out of flour or wheat. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised because it didn't have an off-putting flavor, but the texture was a little different. Not in a bad way, but in a way I could adapt to. I made a shrimp, spinach, tomato, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil and plant butter dish(along with other seasonings), and it was an enjoyable dish. If I decided to give up regular pasta, I could adapt to using this for sure because of the health benefits!

Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

 Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 Days to let you know your order is on the way!

 Orders can be picked up daily, M-F 9 to 8, 9-6 Sat, noon to 5 Sun. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

 Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 days using the United States Post office. The delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to locations within the continues United States.  We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

 For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 We currently do not offer shipping outside of the continuous United States.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  See Return and Refund Policy.

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tailormadenutrition.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
